Enjoy unlimited outdoor recreation in this all-season alpine wonderland! Two bedrooms in the MAIN cabin, and separate STUDIO cabin with its own full bathroom, perfect for the group that wants to spread out! High-end kitchen for communal meals. 5 min walk to Lake Cle Elum , <10 min drive to Roslyn, 15 min drive to Suncadia. SPEELYI PINE LODGE PROPERTY OVERVIEW This house is set back from the road by a main private driveway with ample parking, including one covered spot. During the summer, enjoy the grassy part of the property just to the right of the cabin for outdoor fun and roast marshmallows over a fire pit. While others may need to drive, you are right there! Just take a quick stroll to Speelyi beach (0.4 mi) on Lake Cle Elum, then walk back for breaks! This rental comes with TWO separate cabins! Both the MAIN CABIN (2 separate bedrooms each w/ 1 queen bed) and a large, separate-entrance STUDIO CABIN (1 queen bed, 1 twin bunk) which is located above the garage and accessible only by stairs. Each can be entered with a touch code which will be provided to you on the day of arrival. This set up is ideal if there are two families wanting separate areas, or older kids who want their own hangout. Phone reception is sometimes intermittent. High-speed fiber-optic internet is present. Both cabins have gas fireplaces, heat, and A/C! In the STUDIO cabin, this is supplied by a Mitsubishi mini-split system, while the MAIN cabin has central heat and A/C. Please also note that the STUDIO cabin is supplied by well water. We have a large gravel space with direct road access that is available during non-snow months to park your RV, or when you want to bring your trailer/boat to Lake Cle Elum! Please do not feed or interact with wild animals. They can be dangerous. In the winter, driveway and stairs can be slippery. Please be careful! SECURITY Our home does have security cameras on the front of the home for your safety and everyone's best interest. There are no recording devices inside the home. PETS We are now allowing pets! We allow only a single dog, preferably non-shedding. A non-refundable pet fee of $50 and a refundable $200 deposit will both be required. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture. TOWN AND THINGS TO DO After a beautiful drive through coal mine towns established in the late 1800's, enter Ronald, WA where a world of outdoor adventure and relaxation await! Truly an all-season vacation home with loads of hiking trails, kayaking, boating, fishing, swimming, snowshoeing, and snowmobiling! Rent a pontoon boat, canoes, or even a snowmobile <2 miles away from the cabin. In the winter, take a 45 min drive to ski at Snoqualmie Pass, or head an hour or so in the other direction to Leavenworth. Or just stay at home and hunker down in front of the fireplace. An ideal location to just relax or start your Cascade/Eastern/Central WA adventure. ***This cabin is fully accessible by car during snow months*** Your cabin is located in the quaint town of Ronald. Roslyn is less than a 10 min drive and has additional cafes, restaurants, a movie theater, a distillery, and the oldest bar in WA state. In the summer, find a lovely Sunday farmer's market! Cle Elum has your closest major grocery store and is a 15 min drive. Suncadia is a 15 min drive away. Snoqualmie Pass is about a 45 min drive and Leavenworth makes a nice day trip at about a 75 min drive. All spaces are currently guest accessible except the garage and two locked closets in the studio cabin. During the winter months, the grill may not be accessible. During the spring, summer, and fall, the grill will be available outside. I won't be on site but available via text or phone for anything that you need. A friendly lake neighborhood with other cabins and long-term residents. Please be respectful of your neighbors! This cabin is accessible during the winter and close to main roads! No parties allowed. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. This cabin is accessible during the snow!
