Stunning Beach House with Private Terrace in Lagos

Enjoy the vibe of our beautiful beach house, 300 yards from the beach in the heart of Lagos old town. Step out to countless restaurants, bars and cafés within a 3-minute walk, or soak up the sea air on our private roof terrace before your next culinary adventure. Designed by renowned Lagos architect, Mario Martins, the house is modern contemporary. Air-conditioned rooms, underfloor heating and seamless high-speed internet throughout. Free street parking close by, paid parking 400 yards away. The space All the rooms are tastefully decorated, with split level air conditioners (useful in the summer months) and underfloor heating (essential in the winter months). In the kitchen there is a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, espresso machine, and all the utensils for eating in (but with such great food on your doorstep, we rarely do!) Apple TV with Netflix, Spotify and over 100 TV channels are all provided, together with wine glasses for the occasional night in sipping Vinho Verde, or star gazing on our private rooftop patio overlooking Lagos Bay. All three bedrooms are double bedrooms, comfortably fitting two people in each room. There is a baby cot (on request), a high chair, baby bedding and children's eating utensils for those travelling with young ones. There is a top floor office space with desk and sofa which faces the terrace, and is a perfect spot for guests who wish to do some work Beach towels, beach chairs, a cooler box, a beach umbrella and boogie boards are provided for your convenience. The property is professionally managed, and our dedicated agent's office is five minute's drive away. Our agent's details will be provided to you 7 days before check-in and they can be reached on What's App to assist you with with any issues you may have on the ground. Our welcome pack includes recommendations on our favourite restaurants, favourite beaches and nearest convenience stores (200 yards away) and supermarkets etc. Guest access For guests arriving by taxi, the driver will drop you right outside the front door. For guests arriving with a hired car there is plenty of free parking at Rua Bombeiros Voluntarios de Lagos, which is about 300 yards from the house. Spaces are always available unless you are visiting in July or August when it will be more difficult. There are also two paid covered parking areas about 350 yards from the house where parking rates are 10 euros for 24 hours. Spaces are available here year round. Fun fact: The Beach House is opposite the birthplace of Lagos' most famous son, Julio Dantas.
