Welcome to my amazing ground floor apartment in the heart of London! Enjoy a huge outdoor area and easy access to famous Notting Hill and Portobello Road, filled with lovely attractions, restaurants, and shops just a short stroll away. Ladbroke Grove tube station is just a few minutes' walk from the apartment. For your convenience, the keys are available at a secure store 5 minutes away, open from 8 am to 10 pm daily. Can't wait to host you and make your London stay unforgettable! The space I'm excited to introduce you to my light and spacious apartment! The living area is open plan, with a kitchen, dining area, and comfy sofa, plus a cute window seat - perfect for chilling out. Guests can enjoy the TV in the living area and the bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, hob-oven, and coffee machine. There's also a large dining table for enjoying meals together. The bedroom is large and features a huge window overlooking the outdoor area, plus a very comfortable double bed with a super comfy Eve mattress. Guests are welcome to use the full length mirror, hair dryer, and the empty wardrobe and chest of drawers. The bathroom features a large bath with a shower and plenty of surface space, plus a frosted window. But the best part of the property is the large outdoor area, surrounded by trees and plants, and perfect for soaking up the sun all day long. There's plenty of seating and a table, as well as a gas BBQ for guests to use and enjoy. Can't wait to host you and help make your stay unforgettable! Guest access The full apartment and outdoor space are available for guests to have private use of. Other things to note Please note that last-minute reservations made within 24 hours of arrival are subject to a change in arrival time from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm. The property only accepts the number of adults listed on the reservation confirmation. Any additional guests not confirmed on the reservation will not be accepted. Each guest will be asked to send identification within 48 hours once the reservation is created and at check-in. This property does not accommodate bachelorette parties, bachelor parties, or similar celebrations. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked not to make excessive noise. A noise abatement policy is in effect between 10 pm and 7 am. Guests must leave the property in the same condition as they arrived. If you leave the property at a late time or other than the scheduled time, 11:00 am on the last day, without prior mutual agreement, you will be charged a £55 reminder fee. If the above policies are not followed, a penalty fee will be applied to guests for any damage caused to the property. A penalty fee of £150 will be applied to your deposit if you smoke on the property.
