Cosy Appartement very central

Dear Guests, This appartment is extremly near to the centre. You need 5min by walk to the next metro station and another 5min and you reach out the metro station "central station" . I will make sure, that all my guest will have from beginning to the end a wonderful stay. I have with other appartments already a lot of experience and with this knowledge you can feel comfortable for sure. I wish you a lot of fun! The space The Appartment has two rooms. One you will use as a living room and at the same time as a sleeping room. Here will be the couch, which can be used as a sleeping couch and at the same time as a hanging-out couch. The other room is only a sleeping room, where will be also a desk if someone need to work or anything like this. In both rooms you will find a lot of shelfs to store your stuff. The kitchen is in a seperate room and also the bath room is in a seperate room. To this you will have a balcony, where you can also go out and have some fresh air. Also you will have a set of cuttery/dishes/glasses for 6 persons. I take care that my guests will find always everything what they need for a short stay in my appartment. Because of this reason there will be always coffee, tea, sugar, oil, spices, shampoo and all basic stuff which you need provided. The location of this appartment is very central, all famous sightseeing of munich will be reached in a few minutes by public transport. Guest access You can use every room. Please feel free. To this you will have a private parking lot in the garage and also an extra room in the basement where you can store your bike or luggage for example Other things to note This appartment has a lot of shelfs and possibility to store stuff, so also if you are bigger groups you can always store your stuff and can feel comfortable in that appartment.
