It features the love of gardens indoors and out and is designed to be comfortable but classy--cozy but open. With windows all around, the scenic outdoors is always in view. Settle in on the private screen porch with your favorite beverage and your favorite person. Rest on comfy furnishings and luxurious bedding... A sweet romantic retreat! The space The Rose is beautifully designed as a guest cottage of the Victorian Bell Cottage next door. Entering the living room there is a wood-burning fireplace and an open staircase. This leads to a lovely loft space upstairs with bay windows and a luxury queen bed that can be closed off with a privacy curtain. The other side of the loft is dedicated work space with a desk and high speed wifi available. The cozy back bedroom also has a luxury queen bed and high quality Egyptian cotton linens. The full bath has been completely remodeled with a cottage flare. The kitchen has a coffee bar, stainless appliances, a double oven, fridge with ice/water dispenser and adjacent full laundry space. Relax on the back porch or on the Adirondack chairs under the old hickory tree. Take in the peaceful setting that was once the famous Fauquier White Sulphur Springs-- and now is a lovely golf course on the edge of the Rappahannock River. Drive the historic stagecoach route--now Springs Road to Old Town Warrenton with specialty shops, dining, and historic points of interest. This is the ultimate peaceful get away for those seeking an escape from the hectic life. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the Rose Cottage. The propane grill is available for use behind the Carriage House. Other things to note The Rose Cottage is next door to the Bell Cottage (c. 1849) that is also available on Airbnb. The Carriage House apartment is just behind and to the right of the Rose Cottage. For a large group of families/ friends, each can have independent space but create memories together on the porches and gardens of this unique Springs property. All three homes sleep a total of 14-16.
