This space is my home outside of guest stays and is only available periodically during the year. It will provide a peaceful and homey base for any couple or family wanting to explore London whilst still experiencing it through a local's lens. It has a spacious balcony to enjoy the sunshine and it is bathed by natural light all day long. The space Its central location will give you quick, easy access to London's main landmarks. ✔ Bakerloo line - Kilburn Park, 3 min walk ✔ Overground - Kilburn High Road, 2 min walk ✔ Many buses taking you straight into the centre (Marble Arch/ Oxford Circus in less than 20 minutes). The apartment faces the private gardens, so is very quiet and noise proof. It has everything to make you feel at home – fast Wi-Fi, full screen home cinema projector with Netflix, comfortable beds, and a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances. If home cooking is not your thing, there are endless restaurants with all types of cuisine in the neighbourhood that you'll love. The set up is also ideal for working, with a desk and office chair. There is also a concierge service and a gym part of the development. The apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 4 adult guests. Sleeping arrangements are as follows: ✔ Ensuite bedroom has a queen size bed (2 guests) ✔ 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed (2 guests) with its own separate bathroom The neighbourhood offers some beautiful surroundings, with many local parks and green areas just a 5 min walk away. Regents Park is 15 minutes away. A great selection of local cafes, restaurants and plenty of supermarkets for groceries (Tesco, M&S, Sainsbury's, Aldi) are all within 2-5 mins walk. Underground private parking is available upon request and depending on car park space availability, at an extra charge of £70. Please enquire.
