Next to a wide beach access, it's less than 2 min's walk from door to beach. The Studio is a hotel like space with a superking OR 2 extra long single beds, luxury linen, ensuite, kitchenette, courtyard and separate entry. It's locked off from the rest of the house which is not rented at the same time. The space The stylish bathroom includes everything you need and the kitchenette with microwave, mini-fridge, kettle and toaster make simple meal preparation possible. A 43 inch smart TV, Wi-Fi, heating and double glazing will ensure you have a comfortable stay. The dining table will double as a desk if you really have to work. 5 minutes walk away are two of the Mount Locals favorite cafes, Kawakawa and Special Mention. Bayfair shopping center is a 10 minute walk away, has a vibrant dining precinct with 8 restaurants and a movie theatre. The hustle and bustle of Downtown Mount Maunganui’s shops, restaurants, beaches and walks are only a 10 minute drive along the beach. Uber and taxis are reliable in our area.
