Downtown Sophie is a 100 year old home that has been professionally renovated and designed to make you feel just as comfortable as a 5-star resort but with unparalleled charm. This home is located in a premier location within walking distance to all of the best restaurants, bars, nightlife, art district, Tower of the Americas, Alamodome, and the River Walk. NEWLY ADDED Level 2 EV charger universal The house is equipped with a Nespresso machine, Keurig, and a pot coffee maker. I DO provide Nespresso pods and K-cups for the Keurig as well as creamer. There is an elevated noise level due to traffic from the street but noise makers are provided in each room. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property except for the basement. You will have a 4 digit entry code to the house. Other things to note We travel a lot on stay at many Airbnb's so we like to take note of the things we like about our travels to other Airbnb's and implement those to our properties. As such, we are constantly adding and changing items in the house to make our guests stay more pleasant. I like to make sure my guests sleep well during their stay so we have very comfortable beds, pillows, and bedding. I have never stayed at an Airbnb with beds as comfortable as ours, unfortunately. I think too many hosts just throw in an old bed and goodwill pillows without actually thinking that their guests sleep is a VERY important part of an enjoyable trip. We make sure that you have more coffee than you will actually be able to drink. Same with toilet paper, paper towels, and linens. If you need anything while staying here, you just let me know and it’s yours!
