The apartment is located on the second floor and can accommodate up to 4 guests in a double bedroom and a bedroom with 2 single beds. Access is through an imposing gate that leads into the lush garden where you can enjoy precious moments of conviviality. The ground floor living room is furnished according to the original period layout and features a 19th-century natural stone floor. You can still admire a fine white walnut sofa, a majestic table and an elegant display case handmade by local artisans. A prestigious white marble staircase leads to the first and second floors, until you reach the panoramic penthouse furnished with comfortable tables, chairs and sunbeds. Here you can experience special moments tasting a glass of wine, letting yourself be carried away by the colorful panorama of the Friulian Collio. The second bedroom is equipped with two comfortable single beds, an HD Smart TV and a spacious wooden wardrobe. The living room is furnished with a fine and enveloping black leather sofa and a glass table with 4 cast aluminum chairs. In addition to towels of various sizes, you will find a Welcome Kit with shampoo and shower gel, sheets, duvets and everything you need to make your stay perfect. The bathroom offers, in addition to the complete sanitary ware, a walk-in shower, an illuminated mirror, a hairdryer and all the space you need to accommodate your belongings. The kitchen is complete with an induction stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and a complete set of pots, pans, ceramic plates, glasses, cups and cutlery. It is completed by an OroCaffè coffee machine with assorted Italian capsules and a kettle with various tea and herbal tea bags.
