The space 🌊COZY HOLIDAY HOUSE BY THE SEA – SKAFTÖ / RÅGÅRDVIK, WEST COAST Welcome to our charming red house in a very attractive area on beautiful Skaftö in Rågårdsvik – just 40 meters from the sea! 🏠The house: A nice and cozy vacation home that is perfect for families or friends who want to enjoy the tranquility by the sea. The house is best suited for 5 people, but there is room for a few more if needed, as all 4 beds are double beds. Communicate this beforehand in that case. When you arrive, the beds are freshly made. There are towels, household and toilet paper and other consumables. Just come and start enjoying the west coast! 🛋️Entrance floor: Fully equipped kitchen Bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine Open plan dining area and living/TV room All in one plan without level differences. 🛏️Upstairs/Loft: One double bed (180 cm) overlooking the sea – low ceiling height, you need to bend down to lie down. Three small rooms without doors, each with a double bed (160 cm wide) – low ceiling height, you have to bend to get in. All rooms have a small shelf above the bed. Three large dressers are available for storage. Ceiling height max 186 cm – the stairs up are somewhat steep. ☀️Patio: Large terrace with seaview. Outdoor furniture and barbecue grill. Perfect for relaxing and dining in the evening sun. 🛶Kayaks: There are two kayaks and life jackets to borrow. The location: Only 40 meters to the sea. Close to saltwater swimming, beautiful hiking trails, golf and good restaurants Two grocery stores are about 10 minutes away by car. 🔌Electric car chargers are available if needed – please advise in advance.
