Cozy, clean 2 bedroom home with a stocked kitchen, wooded peaceful back yards. A deck, 2 fire pits, a barbecue grill that has an abundance of accessories. Centrally located between Saranac Lake and Lake Placid The space Large full kitchen with a Roku tv, all the basic food staples, a large island, Cuisinart coffee maker, coffee grinder, coffee supplied, kitchen aid mixer, waffle iron, toaster. All the spices and condiments you would need along with pots, pans, dinnerware set for 8. Living room has a 55” Samsung HD tv with cable and movie streaming. A game area with assorted board games, cards, chess, etc.. A new queen sofa bed, and a phonograph. Master bedroom is large with new queen bed, 18” Samsung tv, an Adirondack area for sitting to read, watch tv or just gaze out of French doors to the wooded quiet backyard. Window unit air conditioner. The bathroom is cute with a stain glass window and water pressure in the shower that people love and are envious of. The second bedroom is bright, warm and has a new double bedroom with drawers underneath for travel items if need be and a closet with a shelf and hangers. Window unit air conditioner. Outside is a large well maintained quiet backyard with wooded areas, 2 fire pit areas and Adirondack chairs, plenty of flowers in the summer. Guest access All space indoors and outdoors is accessible but a locked closet in the main bedroom. Other things to note I will be staying in a 5th wheel rv trailer sometimes in the summer. It is completely fenced in and very private It is quite a distance from the house you would be staying in. The reason I have marked a shared backyard is not that I wouldn’t be using it at all but to mow and maintain the property, but I try hard to do it when there aren’t any guests.
