Cozy, functional, 4-bedroom (sleeps up to 8), 2 full bath cottage and 1-bdrm (sleeps up to 4), 1.5 bath cabin on Lake Winnipesaukee, 10 min drive from Gunstock. Full kitchen plus washer/ dryer. Outdoor fire pit and plenty of parking. Cottage main level includes family-friendly living space, kitchen, entryway, 2 bedrooms and full bath. 2nd floor consists of 2 bedrooms and full bath. Spacious front porch overlooking lake. In quiet cove with dock and small beach good for kids. The space Cottage Bedrooms: 3 bedrooms have 2 twin beds each (this is an update - different in photos) 1 bedroom has queen bed Cabin Bedroom: Large bedroom with 1 queen bed and 1 twin bed (or bunk beds). Lower living area with 1 full futon. Sheets and bath towels can be provided - pls confirm your preference. Beach area includes single kayak, 2 person canoe (both with paddles), beach chairs, life jackets and floating swim mat. Guest access Guest Access: When approaching, houses are on hill on right, while path to waterfront is on the left. Driveway curves up and to the right immediately after the house. Parking is at the top of the hill next to the houss/entrance.
