Our little trolley car is anything but ordinary. Tucked inside the shell is a 1920 Russell Sweeper Trolley Car. While we are still unsure of its original operating lines- this car was a work car designed to clear the snow off the tracks. Inside you'll find a fully stocked kitchen with an induction cooktop, small bathroom with a stall shower, two bedrooms, a full Livingroom, and dining space. We call this property the ADK Choo Choo! It is most definitely a unique experience packed into a tiny little building. The trolley car itself is 6x32' and sits at the center of the building. We added a bit of extra flair and commissioned a local artist for the (4) seasons mural showing the car in action! We have low head height in the entire building (quirky!) and do not recommend the property to families over 6' tall. Nonetheless- most adults do need to be cautious of the doorway heights when entering the bedrooms and bathroom. The bedrooms are small but perfect for a short stay in the area. ALSO- the locals beach is a short 2 minute walk from the property. We are approx. 20 minutes to Lake George Village. Our property is accessed via a key box. The key code will be sent on the date of arrival. Remember those summer camp vibes from the movies? This is it. Located in an area of seasonal homes- your neighbors are as friendly as could be. On your morning walk- you are likely to hear the loons. In the evenings you'll smell campfires. We are located within a 2 minute walk to (2) beaches and (2) parks. We cannot wait to host your family! It is critical to us that our guests know that we also own the building directly next door. The two buildings have clearly separated spaces although there would likely be some interaction with our guests next door as the properties are very close. The cabin next door is also for rent.
