The condominium has 4 swimming pools, a Jacuzzi, an equipped fitness center, a laundry room, a convenience store with food, beverages and personal hygiene items for purchase when needed, and an area for receiving guests. Everything is open 24 hours a day. The apartment is fully furnished, equipped and decorated. Ready for a wonderful hosting experience! To offer the best value for your stay, we ask that guests cover the cost of electricity consumption during the reservation. Rest assured, we make the process simple and transparent. We will record the electricity meter reading upon your arrival and calculate the consumption at check-out. The cost per-kilowatt hour (kWh) cost is R$ 1.00, with taxes included. This amount will be charged separately, allowing us to keep our rates affordable. Thank you sincerely for your understanding in this matter. Guest access Guests can use all the spaces in the apartment and building. The building's entire leisure area, fitness center, laundry, gourmet space and game room is free for guests to use. Other things to note Food consumption is not allowed in the building's pool area. This consumption is only allowed in the game room, gourmet area (Living) and in areas with cement floors on the building's roof top. Drinks can be consumed in the pool area, but glass bottles or glasses are not allowed. We provide several acrylic cups and glasses in the apartment for use in the pools. Considering that the consumption of electricity is something individual and variable and generates an extra cost, we read the electricity meter upon the arrival of our guests and, at the end of the stay, we calculate the consumption for the period. Each kWh used (unit of measurement used by the energy supplier company) has a value of R$ 1.00 (consumption including taxes). This will be charged separately. This way, we can maintain a very good price for the accommodation.
