Our cottage is located just a short walk away from stunning Cawaja Beach on Georgian Bay. We look forward to hosting you in our recently renovated family cottage that is well equipped for you and yours to relax and get away from the bustling city life. This 4 season rental is ready to welcome you with a cozy open concept space where you can unwind after a day at the beach, walking the trails of Tiny Township or exploring nearby Provincial Parks. Tiny Township STR licence STRTT-2025-131 The space The modern and well-equipped kitchen provides all the essentials of home. The kitchen opens up to an open living space featuring a spacious sectional and a large screen Smart TV and high-speed wifi internet. Enjoy a restful sleep in the primary bedroom that features a queen bed with ample closet space. A second bedroom offers a double bed. The open concept upper level loft is accessible by ladder staircase and features an additional queen and twin bed. Please note that we do not recommend small children use this space and parents are urged to use caution as there is no gate at the stair base or top of the loft. The modern 3-piece bathroom is both comfortable and highly functional, complete with towels, basic toiletries and other essentials including a hair dryer. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire cottage. Keyless entry/door code will be provided prior to check-in. There is a basement/crawlspace that is off limits to guests. Two additional structures (white bunkie and outhouse) on the property must not be entered. Other things to note Nearby attractions include (seasonal availability may be limited): Cawaja Pines General Store, Balm Beach Arcade, Balm Beach Go-Carts, Wye Marsh Wildlife Centre, Sainte-Marie Among the Hurons, Elmvale Zoo and Miss Midland boat cruise, to name just a few. The Towns of Midland and Penetanguishene (10-minute drive) have additional grocery/shopping/food options, including Great Canadian Superstore, Walmart, Rona, Home Depot and Tim Hortons, among others. We recommend a TripAdvisor visit to seek out other nearby things to do. Type in Midland or Penetanguishene Ontario in your search field. Ski hills (Snow Valley, Blue Mountain, Mount St Louis Moonstone) are all within an approximately 45 minute drive, and great snowmobile trails are just minutes away. **be advised this property does not have air conditioning**.
