YARD; Large fenced and gated yard with parking for 4-5 vehicles. Gated entry. NO lock provided for gate (bring your own if you desire) GENERAL UPDATES AND INFO: 2 outdoor security cameras on property. New secondary supplemental furnace installed in January 2023. Electric fireplace installed January 2023. Additional free street parking (first come, first serve street parking) PLEASE ENTER THE PROPERTY THROUGH THE BACK OF HOUSE. PETS; Pets are allowed. There's typical urban noise being close to highway 55. Convenience stores located close by. Schnucks, Auto Zone, Lowes and a variety of food and shopping are just a 2 minute drive or short walk. YMCA, Carondalet Park with family activities located within walking distance. Car, Uber/Lyft, bike or walk to nearby grocery stores, shopping, and restaurants. A quick walk to Carondalet Park or the local YMCA.
