This is a fully furnished, clean, beautiful, cozy basement suite in affluent Balk Hill community with private entrance/walkway. The bedroom, closet, and living room are expansive. Though the community is relative safe and peaceful, there are security cameras only in the front, sides, and back of the building (outsides), and you can access the unit by using keyless locks and security alarm system. There is no camera inside the apartment. The entire property has 3 spacious private suites. Each suite is truly spacious, distinctive, and private with additional locks, queen-size bed, sheets and comforters, dresser/mirror, night stand, fan, work desk, wall-mounted TV, Fridge, Iron and Ironing Board; and a private exclusive bathroom with a standing shower, vanity, towels, tissue papers, Soap, and other toiletries. The kitchen is new and clean and equipped with full fridge, cooker (range), oven, microwave, Coffee & Coffee maker, dish washer, pots, pans, plates, toaster/oven, Electric Water boiler, Air fryer, etc. Guest access The living room (460 sq ft) and kitchen (137 sq st) will be shared with other guests, if any. During your stay I will be available to welcome and greet the guests, and give them the needed orientation so that they can be familiarized with the space and available amenities, including the equipment, designated parking space, and the security systems and access codes, among others. Note: I do not share the common areas or amenities with guests, and do not live in the same floor. Other things to note The building has 3 levels. The 2 upper levels of the building are owner-occupied and have a different entrance. I will do my best to assist, if the need arises. You are my guests. The basement suites are located on the lower level (1st floor) and has 3 spacious private suites, a large separated furnished living room, and a fully equipped kitchen and the hallway is wide and long. The suites have a private walkway leading to a private entrance.
