The Tiny House on Wheels has 17 windows and French Doors, which fills it with light. That coupled with the tall ceilings and it's beetle kill wood walls makes it feel much bigger than it's 248 sq ft footprint. Aspen trees and mountains are right outside the windows. If you've been wondering if Tiny House living is for you, or you just want to try it on for size, this is the space for you! This tiny house is pet friendly! Please let me know when you book that you are bringing your pooch! The space This may be a tiny house, but it has all the charm and coziness of a log cabin! It was constructed in 2016. It is 31' (10 meters) long, 8' (2.5 meters) wide & 13.5' (4 meters) tall, 312 sq ft (95 sq meters) with 1 bedroom (which you can stand up in) & 1 sleeping loft (which you can sit up in) .4 people can sleep comfortably. At the top of the ladder/stairs is a cozy double bed & a few cubbies for your things. There is a queen bed & a closet in the master bedroom. All appliances & kitchen supplies are for your use, including a washer/dryer & heater (though you won't need it in summer!) The fenced deck is perfect for you to relax on and for your pet space! Guest access You will have access to the entire tiny house Arapahoe Basin is open until June you still have time to enjoy the slopes! Other things to note This is a nature lover's dream, as fishing in the South Platte River, hiking & biking trails are all nearby. If you want to hike 14ers, Mt. Democrat, Mt.Lincoln and Mt. Bross are your nearest option. You can get to world-famous Breckenridge in 30 minutes and enjoy the off-season by exploring the village and mountains. Buena Vista is only 45 minutes away for rafting on the Arkansas River, and Denver is a 90 minute scenic drive. (The airport is 2 + hours). This tiny house is located in a Tiny House/RV park, which is one of three legal areas in Park County where it can be parked. Neighbors are close by, so it may not be ideal for you if you are looking for extreme privacy. Pets are allowed at the tiny house and in the community.
