Nestled in the beautiful El Pomar Wine District, this cozy three bedroom is surrounded by rolling oak covered hills, neighboring vineyards, and wildlife. Set in a private, yet open environment, the property abuts one of the most popular routes for local and visiting bicyclists. With many wineries "just around the corner", the location is ideal for exploring near or far. This rental is not conducive for children and any consideration of such must be pre-approved. The space This cozy and comfortable home is set amongst the oaks and wildlife. Each room enjoys a country view. The living room has a 50" HD Roku tv. The master bedroom has its own attached full bath with both a tub and separate shower. The room also has a TV, and Sleep Number queen bed. Each room is nicely appointed, with clean, modern furniture. With a country view from virtually every room in the house, it is a bright and sunny space. Guest access The house is set on 10 acres and guests are free to walk the property, enjoy the swing or picnic table under the big oaks. The fire pit is stocked with plenty of wood. The owners also live on the other side of the property, but this home is a stand-alone and access is direct for the guests. There is also a smaller guest cottage that is sometimes rented in conjunction with, or separate from this home. Other things to note The weather that makes this region prime for grapes also means it can fluctuate much as 50 degrees in a 12-hour period. Be prepared for hot summer days and cool nights.
