The Freezer - Aurora 4 - Breakfast Included

Welcome to The Freezer, a multi-award-winning recycled and renovated fish factory that now offers art and culture as well as accommodation in stylish apartments and a one-of-a-kind social hostel. Our goal is to create unforgettable memories, unique atmospheres and outstanding art. On top of this, our establishments are perfectly located for exploring the Snæfellsnes peninsula & Snæfellsjökull National Park and a Buffet Breakfast is included for all our guests. The space Aurora 4 is a new and roomy family room for max 5. The room is decorated by Yasja Lightelin and inspired by Icelandic tales of the mermaid. Guest access The Laundry facility is available during the day and until 20.00 in the evening. To use the washing machine costs 1500 ISK and you can use 30-minute program on the machine. Same price and rules for the dryer. Both dryer and washing machines are from Samsung. They offer washing powder from Neutral which is allergic-free. There is luggage storage at the hostel which guests are free to use before and after their stay. The luggage storage is located in the laundry room and there is a big room for shows and events that can also be used for the luggage storage. There is a 7€ Towel Fee per person per stay not included that is paid at the property.
