Quiet village house 12 minutes from the toll.

Welcome to this small country house for 4 people + baby (baby cot) located 12 minutes from the toll and 15 minutes from Langres with its ramparts and 4 lakes. Beds are ready and towels are provided. Possibility of breakfast for €5/person with milk, coffee, Ricorée, tea, herbal teas, chocolate, rusks, sliced bread, butter, homemade jam, fruit juice, compote, chocolate cereals, oatmeal. Heating with pellet stove. The space Quietly located in a small village, this house is independent with a living room on the ground floor and 2 bedrooms upstairs. On the ground floor you will find a bathroom with toilet as well as a toilet upstairs. Please note, Langres is a 15-minute drive away. No shops nearby but nice bucolic walks! Stairs to go upstairs are quite steep. Guest access The property only has the front yard. Please do not go around the house, it's the neighbors' land. The lockbox is located on the wall to your left when you are facing the front door. Other things to note You will find shampoos and shower gels if needed. Towels are stored in the bathroom cabinet. Please follow the instructions for your checkout: -turn off the 4 radiators and the stove (please do not unplug it). -take your garbage to the containers located at the exit of the village (map displayed on the sideboard door) - wipe and put away your dishes (please respect this instruction as well) - completely remove the linens from the used beds, leaving the white covers in place.
