Quiet village house 12 minutes from the toll.

Welcome to this small country house for 4 people + baby (baby bed) located 10 min from the toll and 15 min from Langres with its ramparts and 4 lakes. The beds are made, and towels are provided. The property has an enclosed courtyard and a large parking lot at the back of the house. You will find everything you need for a baby: a high chair, a bouncer, a bed and some toys. No Cleaning Fees Requested. The space Quietly located in a small village, this detached house has a kitchen open to a living room on the ground floor and 2 bedrooms upstairs. You will find a bathroom with a toilet on the ground floor, as well as a toilet upstairs. The stairs to go upstairs are rather steep. Please note, Langres is a 15-minute drive away. No shops nearby, but lovely countryside walks! Lac de la Mouche is 6 km away. The tour can be done on foot or by bike; it is about 7 km. You can also go there for a picnic. You can go to eat in the nearby villages, where there are 2 very nice restaurants: Le Saint-Jacques in Noidant le Rocheux (4 km) and L'Auberge du Lac (7 km with a view of Lake Mouche). Remember to book in advance. You can easily find the coordinates on the internet, or otherwise ask me for them. You can also book an evening meal with homemade pizza + salad + a bottle of rosé + chocolate mousse or homemade plain yogurts with the option to add jam. Let me know in advance of your arrival. The meal costs €12 per person and €6 for children. PLEASE NOTE: This service may not be available depending on my family or professional obligations. It is also possible to book breakfast for 5 euros per person with: - milk, powdered chocolate, tea, herbal teas, coffee -butter and homemade jam - toasted rolls (2 per person) and sliced bread (2 slices per person) -one compote per person - one fruit juice per person (pineapple or apple) made locally by my little brother. - oatmeal. Breakfasts are delivered before your arrival for complete independence in the morning. I can offer you fresh eggs or my little brother's fruit juices for sale. Please feel free to ask me. Our village has a playground for children. It is 100 meters from the house (to the left when you exit, then to the left at the end of the road, and the playground is 50 meters on your right. Guest access The property only has the front yard. Please do not go around the house, it's the neighbors' land. The lockbox is located on the wall to your left when you are facing the front door. Other things to note You will find shampoos and shower gels if needed. Bath towels are stored in the bathroom cabinet. Please follow the instructions for your departure: - Put your trash cans outside when you check out. I will take them to the container just outside the village. - Dry the dishes. Please put them away. - Completely remove the linens from the used beds, leaving the white covers in place. I do not charge a cleaning fee. On the other hand, I expect a minimum of respect from guests, namely: - Put away the used dishes. - leave the microwave, oven and fridge clean. - use the toilet brush if needed. - collect your garbage in a single bag left outside. - remove the linens from the used beds (duvet cover, pillowcases and bed sheet). Leave the white mattress protectors in place; I change them once a week. Failure to comply with these few rules, which are a matter of good manners, may result in a charge of around €10 after your departure. Please take note of this. Enjoy your stay!
