This first floor apartment is light and airy! It features tall ceilings and is filled with eclectic art and Americana photographs. The atmosphere is relaxing and peaceful and down to earth. The house is over 100 years old and the oak and maple wood floors are original as well. We have all the amenities you would need on a short or long term stay. The space I am a photographer so the apartment is filled with Americana photographs and eclectic artwork with a vintage vibe. Easy going, roomy and peaceful are the buzzwords used to describe this apartment. Please be respectful of the amount of noise. There is an AIrbnb apartment in the basement unit as well as this first floor unit. Remove shoes after entering apartment. Thanks! Guest access The entire apartment is yours to use while staying in Forest Park. The yard is beautiful in the spring and summer and fall. Back entrance only. Please park in the back of the house in the designated spots that say "guest parking", If you do not and choose to park on the street you will get a ticket after 11pm at night. Other things to note Please recycle all glass, plastic and paper (cardboard, packaging, not tissues). I care deeply about the environment and hope that you do as well!
