Grilling your favorite meals & sitting on the porch is all you need after a day filled with adventure on Greers Ferry Lake, hiking the many trails to the caves and waterfalls or just hanging on the beach just steps away from the back porch. Bed linens, towels, complimentary toiletries, hair dryer, central air/heating and more. The drive to our private neighborhood is a gravel road, curvy and the switchback down the hill is very steep. Guest and their company must drive with caution and safety in mind. All renters are responsible and assume any and all risk of damages while on the private drive and on the surrounding property during their stay. Rental host, property owners and HOA will not be held responsible for any reason. This listing shares the driveway down to property, parking spaces and access stairs to the lake. There is plenty of parking available for all. Rules and Policies - Strictly Enforced -Must be at least 25 years old. -Absolutely no events, parties nor large gatherings. -No pets. -No smoking indoors. -No fireworks. -Do not touch the taxidermy. -Respect our neighbors by keeping noise levels down in the evenings -Additional fees will apply for excessive trash and damages incurred during your stay. $500 penalty fee for any signs of pets or smoking indoors. Guest access Private entrance to the Cottage with parking at the front steps. There is a path to the lake using the steps from the parking spaces. This access is shared with the main house. Other things to note Cabin parking is directly in front of the cabin and at the top of the driveway. The driveway is steep and shared with the main house. Please do not roam around the main house nor on the neighbor's property. Guest hauling watercraft are welcome to leave them parked on the gravel, at the top of the ridge just outside the gate.
