Complete cozy apartment, equipped with Wi-Fi, 55" TV with Netflix and open TV, hairdryer and others. Quiet and safe residential condominium with a parking space. Bus stop in front of the gate. We are friends with the neighbors, so good coexistence and respect, especially with noise, is fundamental. The space We love animals, but the apartment is small and not recommended for pets. So they won't be able to stay with us right now. We offer bed linens, but unfortunately we cannot provide bath linens, so feel free to bring your own. :) You will receive the apartment ready for your comfort and rest, take the opportunity to enjoy everything and relax. Likewise, we ask that you return the apartment in the same conditions of cleanliness and organization. Our neighbors are very friendly and we have good relationships. We ask that you respect this, be cordial and avoid noises and sounds that may reach the neighborhood :)
