A perfect starting point to explore the city and discover everything Cali has to offer, such as taking salsa classes at one of the nearby academies. The space This newly renovated house is designed to be very cool. It is perfect for travelers who want to experience all that Cali has to offer in a clean, cool, and large home It has a central location within walking distance to downtown, San Antonio, and Centenario Mall. Our house has a large tree in front that muffles sound and keeps the space pleasant and shaded. One of my favorite aspects of this house is the constant breezes that come down from Cristo Rey hill and fill the house's patio. Cali can be quite hot, so having shade and a breeze in this spacious house always feels much cooler than outside. The accommodation is a 25-square-meter, 2-story duplex mini loft located inside a house next to 5 other identical accommodations. They overlook the courtyard or common area. The accommodation is on 2 floors. On the first floor there is a window overlooking the patio, a kitchen with the basics for cooking, a small refrigerator, 2 wall tables as a dining room, a closet under the stairs and behind the kitchen is the bathroom. As Cali is a hot city, it is not common to find showers with hot water. On the second floor is the room with a window overlooking the courtyard and allowing the entry of light and fresh air. The room has a 140cm double bed, a desk with a chair, and a quiet wall fan. The ceiling has a skylight that allows fresh air and natural light to enter. In addition, the ceiling is thermally insulated at the top, which provides a very cool and cozy atmosphere. So even if it's very sunny outside, the room is very cool. Guest access As a resident of the House, you'll have access to the entire home and its amenities. The house's main door has 2 security locks and the accommodation has a latch lock. The common area located in the courtyard, you can park the motorcycle, it also has security cameras, tables, chairs, books, bicycles, board games and the fastest wifi connection. You can rent the bike. Other things to note Peace of mind is very important to us. Therefore, in order to make your stay and that of the other guests at Casa del Perro pleasant and for us all to be in harmony, we have some rules that you must comply with. - Confirm the time you're arriving and send a photo of your ID for registration. -Check-in time is from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM. If you have a mishap with your trip and will be arriving after 10:00 PM, please let us know in advance so we can welcome you. -Infants from 0 to 2 years old are not allowed. -Smoking or using hallucinogenic substances on the premises or in front of the house is not allowed. - No parties. Keep quiet after 10 pm to allow yourself and the other guests to rest. - During your stay we have no restrictions regarding the time of arrival, (for example late at night or in the early hours of the morning) but keep in mind that when you enter the house please do not make noise that could interrupt the rest of the other guests. -Do not slam the front door of the house when closing it. - Under no circumstances are guests allowed. Only the person or people who made the reservation can enter. This is for the security of all guests and the entire house. -Before checking out, you must leave the accommodation clean. -On the last day of your stay, check out before noon. You must leave the keys attached to the door so that we can clean the accommodation for the next guest before their arrival. -Before your arrival, you must send a photo of your ID or of each person who is going to stay. If you booked on behalf of another person or group of people, you must also send a photo of their IDs We appreciate your willingness :) -Use of the bicycle has an additional charge of $15,000 per bicycle.
