We have a double bed in the bedroom for 2 people and a low bed in the hall (as shown in the pictures) which can accommodate a third person if needed. The apartment has the bedroom window facing the pool and a sit-out/patio overlooking the garden area. Location: You'll be: 1. A mere 8-minute drive from the famous Baga Beach, 12-mins to Anjuna Beach where you can swim, or enjoy thrilling water sports. 2. Surrounded by the most popular restaurants, serving everything from local Goan delicacies to international cuisine. 3. Few minutes drive away from the hippest pubs and bars, offering a taste of Goa's legendary nightlife. 4. Walking distance to the famous Saturday night market (Night markets are open only during Season months) and shopping districts where you can pick up souvenirs, clothing, and more. Amenities: 1. Our apartment is on the ground floor of a ground plus 2 floor apartment complex, not a villa. This is a residential complex and not a resort. Kindly do not expect room service. Other than the number of people mentioned while booking, extra guests are not allowed. We do not provide breakfast, however, we have a functional kitchen with gas cylinder and stove top with basic utensils for cooking. Guests have to get their own groceries to cook. Instamart and Blinkit deliver in less than 10 minutes. There are multiple restaurants/cafes close by to either order in food or dine out. Frequent power cuts are common in Goa. We have power backup. However, no refunds for power or internet outages will be provided. Since it's a ground floor apartment in a tropical weather, please keep door/windows closed during evenings to avoid mosquitoes and other insects. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire 1BHK and the sit-out area. The apartment is in a gated complex with shared garden and common swimming pool. The swimming pool is open from 8 am to 6 pm. Other things to note We provide alternate day housekeeping services for stays longer than 3 nights where the staff will come in to sweep and mop the house. Kindly note cleaning of utensils is not included in complimentary cleaning. If you need cleaning services on a daily basis we can provide you with the contact details of the cleaning staff and you may hire them directly. As per Government guidelines, it is mandatory for ALL guests to submit a copy of ID proof/address proof that includes Aadhar card or passport for all Indian guests staying at our property. Kindly email these documents when requested before check-in. All foreign nationals are requested to submit a copy of their passport, visa, travel tickets to and from Goa. The person making the booking must be a part of the group that checks in. No subletting please. Upon arrival at the property, all guests are to make an entry of names and addresses, checkin and checkout dates, contact numbers. This is as per the Complex Residents’ Association rules.
