Cottage in Luxemburg

"Now this is classic living!" exclaimed our four-year-old nephew when he saw our vacation home. Situated right on Green Bay, our cottage has been gut-rehabbed and updated for relaxation. As frequent travelers, we wanted to create a five-star experience: a fully-equipped chef’s kitchen, Sonos sound system, heated floors, working fireplace, Brooklinen sheets, a Peloton, and professionally-designed interiors. Lambeau is 25 minutes away, but you won't want to leave our 120' of private shoreline. The space We love the mid-century modern footprint of our home—the kitchen is open to the living room, and both have sweeping views of Lake Michigan through the picture window. There is cozy seating in front of a wood-burning fireplace, and six Serena & Lily bar chairs at the large island. Parents will appreciate the storage unit under the TV which features a selection of board games...and device-charging drawers so everyone can go off the grid for a while! The kitchen is a true cook's kitchen, featuring a Thermador range, Sub Zero freezer, and All-Clad cookware. We maintain a current list of staple ingredients you can expect to find in the pantry and are happy to share so you can plan your menu. (And there are two brand new Fisher & Paykel dishwasher drawers to make cleanup a little easier.) A three-season room offers a dining table that extends to seat 10 as well as a second seating area overlooking the bay - and now a Peloton where you can pedal with a view. (The three-season room is not usable in winter months, unless you care for a chilly bike ride!) Two bedrooms have new queen-sized Casper mattresses, and a third features two bunk beds with a total of four Leesa mattresses. Each bedroom has new Brooklinen "luxe" white sheets, down duvets, and wardrobes. There is a room darkening shade in the bunkroom; and shades for privacy on the side windows in the primary and guest queen bedrooms. Outside, you can use our Weber Summit Series gas grill or the wood-burning fire pit—and in good (summer) weather, our dock, hammock, trampoline, lake toys and paddle boards, as well. If you have a boat or jet skis, the public launch is just a short walk down the block. We have 120’ of lake frontage which can be accessed via the dock. (Just a sliver of beach at present, due to the unusually high water level.) Guest access You'll have plenty of room to spread out in, as our cottage is on a double lot—and a wide circular driveway to make parking multiple vehicles easy.
