Spend your days hiking Bryce Canyon or Zion, then come 'home' to stargaze in the hammocks, play cornhole, grill, fish, or watch the sunset as you listen to the river and watch for deer wandering throughout the property. The backyard space on the 1/2 acre property is riverfront. The last 1 mile is a maintained dirt road. Most regular cars are fine, but expect a slower, bumpier drive as you get closer. In wet or snowy weather, conditions can be more rugged.
