Lady Eden Waterfront Mansion

A magnificent Italian mansion located within the Montreal island, east end. Designed with originality and built in a chateau style by an Italian architect. We have beautiful outdoor areas, a big private pool, immense garden . It's located next to the two main rivers of Montreal: Prairies River and St Lawrence River. As you can see from the pictures, everything is so big, so generous and finely designed. You name it, we have it in size and quality. No party, please. No loud music outside. The space Renting occasionally. Big living space, big rooms, front yard and backyard with landscape and flowers. The ground floor offers a huge open concept living room , a gourmet kitchen followed by a semi private dining room. 6 very big rooms, 10 beds (Incl. 5 king beds, 1 solid queen bed and 4 Queen size air beds). The maximum number of guests we've housed was 23 including children. Can you charge your Tesla here? And the answer is Yes as you can see in the pictures. We have two grid outlets by the garage. Just standard house power. Family living: yes Parties: No Absolutely No parties. Guest access You'll have all the amazing spaces as you can see in the pictures including the front yard, the entire ground floor and upstairs, the backyard up to the lake (river) and the pool when it's open. Everything except the basement which by local Quebec law cannot be rented. Other things to note It's located next to rivières des prairies, ideal for peaceful stay, jetski, Boat tours and even fishing. Guests have access to the entire house except the basement. My caretaking persons live in the basement with a separate entrance to take care of the house and handle any emergency within 5 minutes of your call. 5 minutes is our service level agreement. If you need immediate attention, please call instead of texting as we may not see your text fast enough. Inside music is OK. No loud music outside, please.
