House in the heart of Podpoľanie

Stay in a functionally furnished house in a quiet place with beautiful views. The space The ground floor consists of a living area: kitchen, dining area, living room with TV (wide range of programs) and separate toilet. Upstairs there are two bedrooms and a bathroom with a toilet. There is a Wi-Fi internet connection (15/1 Mbits) throughout the house. You can safely park your car/ATV/motorcycle right next to the house. The adjacent courtyard offers a generous space for sunbathing, sitting or playing with your children. The interior is non-smoking. We love animals, but only if they are in the yard or in the basement. Only assistance dogs are allowed inside the house. Guest access Guests are alone in the house and can use both floors of the house. They also have access to the basement, where there is a boiler and a washing machine. They also have a key to the woodshed, in case the guests happen to run out of wood (however, there is usually more than enough in the boiler room). Other things to note Heating is central. The boiler is for solid fuel (wood is available). In winter, it is therefore necessary to put it in the oven a few times a day and sweep out the ashes.
