The townhome is a two story unit and has all brand new furniture and plush pillowtop beds throughout. The living room is spacious with lots of natural window light. Enjoy the relaxing golf course views from the reclining leather couches. There is also a 55" smart TV with included cable tv channels. The living room also has a functional coffee table with ottomans, to sit, and play your favorite games. The main floor features a lovely dining area that comfortably seats 6 people. There are also 4 countertop seats. You will have lots of fun playing on the reversible top game table for chess, checkers, backgammon, etc. The primary bedroom/bath is located on the 1st floor. It has a large walk in closet, and the plush king bed will keep you comfortable all night. You will find a 50" smart TV with included cable tv channels.
