In the main area there is a sofa bed, which can accommodate two adults or two children, a comfortable dining table for 4 people that can also be used as an office, and a fully equipped kitchen. Here you can prepare all the meals of the day, dine while drinking your wine in the round dining room, relax in the comfortable armchairs, rest while watching TV, read a book or even work. In your bedroom, a 160 x 200 bed with anatomic mattress and a large wardrobe with a safe to store your valuable personal belongings awaits you. The all-white cotton satin and lightly scented linen will embrace your body and immediately transport you to the arms of Morpheus. The bathroom has a rain shower and hot water 24 hours a day. It is fully equipped with all-white, fluffy towels, shampoo, shower gel and body lotion by Sense. Enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony overlooking the back yard of the building, or have a BBQ on a gas grill and drink your beer in the cool summer breeze. Daily, morning visitor... the sun, since the apartment is east-facing. But if you want to darken the apartment, it has shutters. I am the only one who takes care of the cleanliness and disinfection of the space as well as the linen.
