There is no door separating the basement and main floor only a staircase to the back shared entrance. Garden-level means it is a basement with operational windows all around. There is additional space in a bunk room style bedroom with double bed on bottom and single bed on top. Full Bath off the hallway. The Garden-Level Basement guest suite also includes a family room complete with kitchen table, large screen TV, iPod dock, DVD and free Wi-Fi for your entertainment. Guest access Guest will have access to wifi, washer/dryer, refrigerator, freezer, keurig, outdoor grill, patio, media/TV and family room area, and breakfast can be provide for an additional fee. The entire downstairs garden basement guest suite is private to our guest during their stay. Other things to note FREE on street parking is available in front of the house.
