Close to all amenities (bakery, tobacco shop, pharmacy, supermarket, picard) - 3 minutes walk. Metro "Arts et Métiers" at 1 minute walk. République at 5 minutes on foot. The flat of 60 square meters and 4 meters of ceiling height is tastefully decorated and offers all the comfort you could wish for. The 36m2 living room has a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, combined oven and microwave, fridge, freezer, nespresso machine...) overlooking a corner sofa offering a perfect seat to slump and relax :) Or for a movie night (Netflix and Amazon prime access). The bathroom is designed for both lovers and children. The huge bathtub offers two seats perfect for resting after a long day of walking. 2nd floor left, with lift for the less athletic. In a word, you won't want to leave! Guest access A welcomer from the Wehost team will greet you in front of the building at the scheduled time, hence the importance of scheduling your arrival time with us, at least 24 hours before your arrival. Travelers will have access to the entire accommodation. Other things to note For travelers wishing to arrive after 8:00 p.m. I will ask them for an additional contribution of 24 € to give on Airbnb for a friend who will come, give you the keys and show you around the apartment. ✘ No smokers ✘ No pets ✘ Parties and parties STRICTLY FORBIDDEN.
