When you're not exploring Sebago Lake State Park, enjoying lobster rolls and ice cream at your favorite restaurants, enjoy fishing and other water sports on the lake. The Lodge at Thomas Pond is a historic forme rinn from the late 1800's boasting nine rustic luxury suites all with private full bathroom, game room, 2 kitchens, and 2 decks. Sorry No Pets Allowed. The space 9 guest rooms with en suits. Sleeps 22 + babies this includes 3 king suits as well as 1 ADA room. 2 Kitchens, great for catered events. Weddings, family reunions, and bridal showers are all welcome. Sorry, no pets. Guest access The entire house will be yours for the stay. There is plenty of parking for up to 22+ cars Other things to note The sandy beach is shared with the other owners in our HOA. Please send 6-10 down to the beach at on time. No glass on the beach. Loud music should be turned down before 10pm. No fire works.
