Guests must agree to standard Rental Agreement terms and pet fee is required if applicable. Everything about this Cottage is fresh and clean! Beautiful original hardwood floors. Luxury hotel bedding (crisp white cotton percale sheets & duvet), plush white cotton bath towels, white slip-covered sofa and chairs. The Cottage has a very charming, authentic feel. Tastefully decorated with art from local artists. All new kitchen appliances in Oct. 2023 (photos not yet updated yet) All white kitchen with open shelving. Older appliances but super clean and stocked with Keurig coffee, quality glassware & china, Cuisinart pots and pans (no food). Front porch with ceiling fan and swing. Fenced-in backyard with a private garden courtyard, level grass lawn, lovely native trees & flowers. Off-street parking. The driveway has room for 2 cars (but not side by side, so 1 car is easier!) Fast wi-fi internet, brand new Samsung Smart LED TV, basic cable channels + log into your own Netflix/HBO etc. Washer/dryer. Walking distance from Brookhaven restaurants, cafes, bars, Starbucks and grocery stores. Minutes from Buckhead, Atlanta's premier shopping - less than 5 minutes from Lenox Square & Phipps Plaza. Uber to Midtown, Downtown, Buckhead, and most other popular areas (approx $10-20). Just 35 minutes to Hartsfield Airport on Marta. Drive to airport in 40 minutes (normal traffic). We are happy to greet guests at the cottage upon arrival if requested. This is two blocks from a local farmers market on Saturday mornings (seasonal). You can also walk to a grocery store, pharmacy, retail shops, and over a dozen restaurants, ranging from burritos and sports bars to fine Italian and farm-to-table, liquor and wine stores. Walk to Starbucks as well as another cute cafe called the Sugar Shack for morning coffee and treats. The Brookhaven Marta station, which is a short walk away, can get you most places you need to get in the city. But if you're short on time or dressed to the nines, Ubers to most places in the city will be short and inexpensive. We require guests to read our Rental Agreement and confirm receipt and acceptance by text. We will send it after a booking is confirmed. You may cancel within 24 hours of receiving the Rental Agreement with no penalty if you are not comfortable with it - but it's very basic, no surprises. The house is equipped with an August Smart Lock. Guests receive a unique 6 digit keycode to access the house during their stay. The code can be entered at the Keypad by the door, or guests can download the August Smart Lock app to control access using their phone.
