The space Our beautiful home is a 5 min drive or 15 min walk to the beach. The surrounding area has several nature preserves, offering forest and beach views on your drive in. The historic village of Northport is nearby, where you can access great food and drinks right by the waterfront pier. In the backyard, we have our spacious pool, hot tub and the outdoor dining area and the lounge area which has many seating accommodations and 3 fire pits. There is also a full playground and 16ft trampoline with a basketball hoop for the little ones. There’s 2 off roading go karts for the racers. Indoors, we have a sauna, pool table, fully equipped gym, and a 15 seat home theater. Guests will use the 2nd entry to access the lower level suite, not the entire house. It’s over 3000 sq ft private floor of luxury and entertainment with 2 full private bathrooms, and 2 bedrooms. In the outdoors there’s a yard, pool area, dining area, lounge area around the fire pit, playground and soccer field which is over 2 acres. Please do not inquire if you're planning to have a party or have 30 people show up. This is not a party venue. We're limited up to 8 overnight guests. Heated pool is now OPEN and pool it's heated to 85 degrees! The Villa Suite is ideal for: -People looking for privacy and space to be away from noise and the city. -People who want to see wildlife (deer) grazing the field. -People who want to view the clear night stars without the city light pollution. -People looking for the perfect “staycation” with so many amenities, there’s no reason to leave. -Couples looking to getaway. -Small family and friends groups looking to have a lot of stay in things to do. -People who are always online. Our blazing fast speeds internet access is at over 750+/750+ download/upload Mbps. Before booking, be aware this is not a party house. I know a listing like this is suitable for large gatherings of large groups of people. But we do have limits to the number of guests that can visit during your stay. To have day visitors, please reach out to confirm number of people staying and visiting. Be aware there will be a surcharge $25 per person per day visiting over the number of booked guests. If you have less than 1 x 5 star review, I will need a fully refundable deposit to be paid before check-in and refunded at check-out so long as there is no damage to the property. You must pay a refundable $300 deposit when over 8 people are visiting. Deposit is not necessary for 1 x 5 Star or more reviews. Please be mindful keeping noise at respectable levels for them. Quiet hours are from 10PM-8AM. Loud music or theater playing is both not allowed before 8AM or after 10PM. Inside of these times, play music and watch TVs and movie theater accordingly and respectfully. Maintaining great relationships with our neighbors is our top priority and anyone violating that and causing a disturbance will have their reservation cancelled immediately. If you plan on being disruptive at 12AM at night, this booking is not right for you. No candle burning. No decorations to be mounted with tape, it causes damage to the paint. No smoking in the property. No pets. Please remove your shoes while in the house. Clean sneakers are allowed in the gym. All trash and food needs to be thrown away into the garbage bins. Check-in is at 3PM and Check-out time is at 11AM. Though we don’t charge any fees early check-in or late check-out requests must be permitted prior to booking. It depends on availability from same day check-ins and checks-outs from other guests and cleaning schedules. The booking is for an entire private level with private entrance. Any additional guests or visitors aside prepaid/preset limits need prior authorization and payment per visitor to booking.
