Located in the heart of Richmond, amongst our leafy street lies our cute and convenient apartment. Short walk away from the restaurants and bars along Swan Street and Bridge Road. Easy access to all forms of amenities and public parks and Yarra River. A quick tram/train ride to the CBD and access to events at MCG, AAMI, Rod Laver Arena. The space Top floor light and bright one bedroom apartment with one queen bed including heating and cooling in both living and bedroom. There is a bathroom and own laundry facilities incl dryer. Kitchen is equipped for all cooking needs with a gas stove top/oven. Comfortable, clean and neat for your every need for your time in Melbourne. Open plan living room with TV and ability for study table if needing to work. Guest access Entire apartment will be exclusively yours during your stay. Other things to note Accessing the property will require ascending two flights of stairs. There is ability to park on the premise. Will arrange if needed and booking is confirmed. Strictly no smoking in the apartment and the building. Extra cleaning fees up to A$100 may be charged to clean the smoking smell resulting from smoking in the apartment. A minimum key replacement fee of AUD $100 will apply if property keys are not returned on departure. Guests are required to turn off lights, aircon, TV and lock doors and close windows upon departure. Guests are expected to leave the property in a neat and tidy manner on departure. This includes washing and putting away dishes, returning all items to their original position, all food items removed from fridges, ovens and microwaves wiped out and rubbish placed in appropriate bins. Any breakages or missing items in the apartment will be charged and deducted from your security deposits.
