Full kitchen - Electric stove + oven, dishwasher, microwave, full size fridge + freezer, dinnerware & utensils. - Basic cooking ingredients are provided. Do NOT park directly in front of the unit, or your car will be towed and/or ticketed. There is a pole with signage about where not to park. The neighborhood is completely accessible by foot once you're in Fremont. Guest access We will provide a check-in code 24 hours before your arrival that can be used for the length of your stay on the front door deadbolt. Other things to note PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING: 【No Parties or Events】 We kindly ask that you refrain from hosting any parties or events during your stay. To ensure a peaceful and comfortable stay for all guests and our neighbors, we have security systems and outside surveillance cameras that may detect noise and motion. Airbnb's policy mandates that we enforce evacuating party groups. Please note that a fine of $300 will be charged for any violations of this rule. 【High Traffic area】 Car traffic noise can be an issue for some people due to this unit being near a busy intersection. We supply ear plugs for your use in case you need them. We're happy to host you in our Kirkland home if you prefer something quieter. 【Quiet Hours 10 PM-6 AM】 To respect our other two tenants' peace and quiet, we kindly request that you observe quiet hours between 10 PM and 6AM. We strive to provide the most comfortable, clean, and well-maintained rental home for our guests, and we appreciate your cooperation. 【No Smoking】 For the comfort and safety of all our guests, we strictly prohibit smoking of cannabis or any tobacco products inside the house. If any signs of smoking are detected, a violation fee of $300 will be charged. 【Early Check-in】 We understand that you may want to check-in early, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. However, availability is based on whether there are guests checking out on the same day as your arrival. We will approve early check-in requests on a case-by-case basis once we confirm with our cleaners that the home will be ready. Please check with us one day prior to your check-in date. You may store your belongings in the basement if you do arrive early and the suites are not yet cleaned. 【No Late Check-out】 Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate late check-out requests, as we usually have same-day check-ins, and our cleaning crew needs enough time to tidy up the house for the next guests. 【Dispose Trash in the Right Bins】 We kindly request that you sort out garbage and recyclables and dispose of them into appropriate bins. If you are unsure, please leave them inside the house, and our cleaning crew will take care of them. 【Lost and Found】 Please make sure to take all of your personal belongings with you before checking out. If you forget something at the house and would like us to ship it back to you, we will charge a handling fee of $100 plus the shipping fee (receipt will be provided).
