This is not a place to bring your friends for pre drink or to social with loud music, we can’t host you if you plan to do so. This is a not hotel, we do not provide hotel like services or amenities. Please empty trash everyday, no dirty dishes at all time to avoid insects, no trash on the floor anywhere in room at check out Please check house rules. We provide cleaning products at the condo, you are welcome to use them. Guest access The entire room is yours. Be mindful of shared common spaces, no eating drinking on the pool Other things to note Before checking in, please provide your/all the guest the photo of passport to register with the immigration. Water is 40 baht per unit. ✅Please note Normal use 6-12 hours of AC per day, one AC per time should not have any excess. If you open AC more than that, the excess will be around 2000-5000 Baht. No amenity will be refilled during your stay such as tissue, soup, and detergent etc. No drinking water will be provided before or during your stay, if you wish for us to prepare drinking water for you prior to your arrival .
