Organized into two independent and communicating apartments! 🏠 Upstairs: a beautiful fully equipped kitchen! A large air-conditioned living room with home cinema, fireplace and terrace overlooking the Vallée des Maures and the pool. Two air-conditioned bedrooms with double bed, large built-in storage and a large shared bathroom. 🏠Ground floor of villa: a large kitchen, new fully equipped laundry room. A master suite with walk-in shower, a family room with shower/toilet, a double bed and a bunk bed as well as a large 30 m² game room for young and old. Note: 💻 Very high speed fiber on both levels! 🍗 "Propane cube" gas barbecue, we refund the refills during the stay. 🚫Noise nuisances are strictly prohibited and house rules are in force, we reserve the right to repossess the house and terminate the rental without compensation if it is not respected. Guest access The villa is fully accessible to guests as well as the 7000 m² of garden. The pool is private but with 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. hours to avoid nuisance. The pool attendant regularly checks the water quality. Other things to note The ideal capacity of our accommodation is 12 people. It is possible to add five additional people on the 3 convertible sofas, one in the upstairs living room, the second in the activity room.
