Large comfy lounge suite, TV (free to air, Stan, Binge, Paramount), aircon, ceiling fan, dining area, full kitchen - coffee machine, microwave, oven, cooktop, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer. There are stairs and a balcony. No children under 12 years of age. The space The guest suite is upstairs and has a balcony which looks towards Mount Cotton. There are two bedrooms (which share the ensuite accessed through the master bedroom), lounge, dining area, full kitchen. The accommodation is not suitable for young children under 12 years of age. 40 kilometres to Brisbane airport, 30 kilometres to Brisbane City, near theme parks, 10 minutes to Sirromet Winery and Mt Cotton. Guest access The accommodation has its own private entrance. There is no outdoor garden space but there is a balcony with outdoor table and 4 chairs with a nice outlook. Other things to note This guest suite is suited to families or close friends who don't mind sharing a spacious ensuite (accessed through the master bedroom). The accommodation provides plenty of room for up to 4 adults or 2 adults with teenagers. Bedroom 2 can have a king bed OR 2 single beds. There are internal stairs and a balcony so not suitable for young children under 12.
