Rental unit in Mexico City
Description
The location is unmatched, you are close to the best restaurants, bars, parks and tourist areas of downtown Mexico City. The building is from the 1950s and has all the style of the time: arches, wooden floors, terrazzo, and high ceilings. My cats, my dog Micaela and I live in the apartment; we are a very friendly family. The space The apartment has a full kitchen (shared refrigerator, gas grill, microwave and French press), a dining room for 4 people, a living room, a full bathroom (shared) and two bedrooms. The room for rent has a desk, a single bed, a large closet and a balcony. Ideal for one or a lone traveler looking to get to know the city, rest, eat rich, walk or work remotely. For hot weather I have a fan and for cold weather a portable heater. The apartment is on a main avenue and although it has double glass and this isolates quite a lot, you can hear some of the murmur of traffic. For the most sensitive guests I have complimentary earplugs. There is a 24/7 guard at the entrance. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire apartment except my room, all areas are shared. During your stay Whenever I'm not in the apartment, I'll be available by phone to help answer your questions. When I'm at home, you can count on me for whatever you need. Other things to note I share my space with two cats and a dog. Pericles the yellow cat is very sociable and loving. Micaela is a very sociable and playful 4-year-old dog. Some weekends I go climbing so you will most likely have the house to enjoy it on your own. EYE: Mexico City is facing water shortage issues, I thank them to be considerate with the use of water.
