Your space is the entire lower level of this well-appointed home including 2 bedrooms, bath, kitchenette (no stove), game room with pool table. Guest may use: kayak, flat bottom boat, fishing gear for catch and release, frisbee discs, corn hole, basketball, firewood, campfire sticks, golf clubs/balls. The space Your private entrance to the lower level is the door next to the garage. The foyer has a coat rack and bench with stairs leading down to the lower level. This space has two large bedrooms with closets, queen beds, one bathroom with tiled shower, no tub. The living area has comfortable furniture, TV, pool table and game table area. The kitchenette/office area is down the hallway. The kitchenette does not have a stove but does have multiple appliances for cooking including: microwave, toaster oven, electric skillet, instant pot. There is a large L shaped desk for those needing an office work area. Guest access The entire lower level of the house as well as the back yard with patio, fire pit, picnic area, pond and woods.
