Your stay in Clemson will be easy and comfy in a private home just 10 minute drive from the university. Our house is located in a safe and family-friendly neighborhood with a 2-mile trail in the woods. The space Your rental space is in a walk-out basement with PRIVATE ENTRANCE. Built partial, the basement is entirely yours with a Queen bed and a full bath. There are also a single bed, a small sofa bed, and a worktable in a wall-separated area. Drinking water is provided. If you stay longer than a few days and prefer to cook your own meal, there is a kitchenette outside with an electric burner, a microwave, basic cookware, and a dinnerware set. Guest access You will enter the rental space in the rear by walking around the house. Entrance door has a digital lock with code given to you within a week of your arrival. You can park up to 2 cars on our private driveway. You have access to a long deck and fire pit area in the backyard.
