Cleaning/Utensils is 2 times for stays 4 nights and above. For 1-3 days stay, there is no cleaning. Utensils on any 1 day 1) Private 1 BHK : • Private Room with attached Bathroom and private Balcony, overlooking the mountains/valley and lush green landscape. If 3 people book, you will need to adjust 3rd person on the double bed. Or else, extra mattress can only be confirmed based on availability. Amazing Views ! The room consists of an Ottoman, chair and bean bags ( from the hall) for seating. A foldable work table is available for people planning to work from the hills. • A Hall and adjoining Kitchenette with Induction stove and Induction usable crockery ( Pan, cooker and tawa) 2) Additions: • ALL rooms have an electric kettle to prepare Green Tea/Masala Tea saches ( on availability). • Bathrooms are equipped with handwash, bathing soap. No shower • 2 water bottles are provided per room per night • Each unit has an emergency light, and extension cords in the rooms • The entire property has Free Wifi Suitable for weekend getaways, Workation and Long Stays. Bike Rental available at doorstep! 3) Food : This is an accommodation based Homestay with Kitchenette. The Kitchenette has an Induction stove with Tawa, cooker, pan, utensils, cutlery etc for the guests to cook themselves. • Grocery etc can be bought from the main Shoghi market ( 1.5 km or 3-4 mins drive) . Our caretaker can help get groceries or packed food from Dhabas, for a small fee ( depending on his availability) • Others go to the Dhabas/Diamond Bakery Shoghi at the market for their meals. • The rest sometimes go to Shimla. We do not provide a Cook. 4) Miscellaneous: • We do not have ACs in our homestay in Shoghi/Shimla • 1BHK has a ceiling Fan • 3BHK has a ceiling Fan, Wall Fan and Pedestal Fan in 3 Rooms • 2BHK has a Pedestal Fan in 1Room, and Blower Fan in other Room • We can provide 1 Blower per Apartment ( any extra blower availability depends on other apartments being booked) • We don't have power backup • We have fixed number of Blankets/Comforter per Apartment • Bonfire and loud music is not allowed ( normal level music is fine) • Free PARKING is available for upto 4 cars • Please read description & check photos of the property before booking. • This is a Homestay, and not a Hotel. Other things to note • Pets are allowed, only with prior approval and a security deposit • Property has the right to collect INR 2000 anytime during or before check-in. • We have the facility for EV charging ( Electric Car charging) • We do not have electricity backup ( mostly Monsoon season has electricity cuts) • We accept payment via cash or online ( UPI, GPay,Razorpay Link etc). No cards. • In case an extra bed is required, we may provide a floor mattress ( depending on availability) in either the Hall or the Bedroom. This is not guaranteed as it depends on other bookings in the same building. • This is a private property and quiet neighborhood, so loud music/group parties are not allowed. • If any electric equipment is malfunctioning, please inform caretaker. We will try to replace or rectify it. • During Monsoon and shoulder seasons, insects like spiders etc may be visible in spite of cleaning done in the apartment. This is due to the season. Please inform our caretaker to help remove them. • In case of any power outage due to rainfall, winds, destruction of electric wires, or electricity failure in the hills, we do not have power back-up. Please do not book our property in these circumstances, since there will be no refund provided by Airbnb.
