This 2 minute walk to the “best-kept secret" allows guests to enjoy the private beach with very few tourists or other guests taking up space in the sand. A backyard firepit, corn hole bean bag toss plus a shed stocked with boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrella, sand toys, and beach wagon completes this well thought out vacation package! Book now…you won’t be disappointed! The space Single level! We have an open concept LR/DR/Kitchen combination, perfect for enjoying family and friends. There are 2 sleeper sofas in the main living areas, one with a 4” memory foam mattress! Bedroom 1 has a Queen bed with very comfortable memory foam mattress. 2nd bedroom has a very comfortable memory foam mattress plus a set of bunk beds. We provide all linens, blankets, sheets, towels, and enough basic essentials to get you started. Enjoy the back patio BBQ grill, table and chairs, and wood-burning firepit to relax for an evening cocktail or morning coffee! For the beach, we have chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, children's toys, and beach towels. (Please do not take bath towels to the beach!) Guest access We have security cameras on the exterior of the house for your safety. Two separate driveways lead up to the house so no hunting for parking! There is a keypad combo on the front door for easy access and self-check-in. Once inside we ask that you please enjoy the Seashell Cottage and take care of it as if it were your own! Other things to note We provide beach chairs, cooler, sand toys, and beach towels for an enjoyable day at the beach! Please rinse off and return to the storage shed on the back patio after use. Do not leave anything at the beach overnight. Please shake the sand out of the beach towels thoroughly before putting them in the washer.
