My place is good for families (with kids) and big groups. Guest access During your stay, you'll have access to all the amenities our home offers, including WiFi, laundry facilities, TV with cable, complimentary towels, and bathroom essentials like soap, shampoo, and makeup wipes. We provide three rolls of toilet paper per bathroom and one roll of paper towels to get you started. If you're staying longer or planning to cook often, you may want to pick up additional supplies. Other things to note We are a dog friendly home. 2 dogs maximum. We do not allow dogs on furniture or beds. We require a $150 non-refundable dog fee. If there is evidence of dog hair on the furniture, excess dog hair on towels and sheets, or stains, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets. The house is over a hundred years old and sound does travel. If your dog likes to bark a lot this house is not for them. Please be considerate of the neighborhood and our neighbors. City of Savannah Noise Ordinance for vacation rentals is between the hours of 9pm- 8am. Please remember that sound carries very well throughout Savannah, most especially in courtyards, porches, patios, and verandas.
