Note: ** NO SMOKING INSIDE THE HOUSE ** ** NO LATE NIGHT PARTING ** ** NO EVENT ORGANIZING ** The space Please note that we have 1 sofa bed, 3 proper bedroom with 1 bedroom with TV. Please unplug the iron after usage. Please put the Recycling items in the Recycling bin, which is kept in a cabinet in the kitchen. Extra towels are place in each bedroom. Please use the covering lid while using the microwave. Garbage & Recycling bags are under the kitchen sink cabinet. Guest access This is a private basement suite that is accessible using the side door. Other things to note This space can run hot or cold depending on the season. This is for two reasons: it is a basement and it has air vents coming directly from the furnace into a small space. You are in full control of the vents and I invite you to open or close them as needed
