This studio is part of the “Millennial Athens - Rooms & Suites” complex which boasts a total of 13 newly-built apartments (2022) that are all furbished to the highest quality standards, featuring contemporary design, brand new appliances, and anatomic furnishings for maximum relaxation and comfort. The color scheme of the apartment is in earthy colors of light brown, beige, and white, with beautiful wallpapers of nature depictions. The space The studio apartment is suitable for both short-term and long-term stay. It features all the comforts of a modern home away from home, including a kitchenette with hot plates, a sandwich toaster press, a kettle, a microwave, and a medium-sized refrigerator. You can easily store groceries and prepare your own breakfast and light meals throughout the day with no fuss. The kitchenette also includes a small table that you can use. A queen/double size bed provides optimal comfort as it features an anatomic mattress, ideal for deep rest. The bathroom includes a wash basin and a shower and it is separated from the main area through brushed frosted glass doors. A blow-dryer is also provided. The apartment’s tasteful design makes it perfect for both vacations and business stays. High-speed WiFi is provided throughout your stay without additional charge and allows for smooth Zoom meetings (if needed) or any heavy-bandwidth Internet usage. A small desk can also serve as a mini work station. A 40” flat panel TV has a list of local channels and you can also access YouTube, Netflix, Amazon Prime, and Disney+ using your personal account. The newly-installed A/C units are almost silent with latest-technology air filters. The apartment also includes large drawers where you can store your outfits, as well as two small closets for coats, shirts, dresses. You will also find an iron and an ironing board inside the closet which you can use if needed. A safe is also included. ***CLEANING POLICY DISCLAIMER*** The apartment will be offered to you clean, with fresh sheets and 1 set of towels for each guest (maximum 2 sets of towels).
